EVOLVE

    You train.
    But is it actually working?

Most people never find out. At EVOLVE, you will. We measure what keeps you doing the things you love, and we tell you honestly what is really changing.

    The number trap

    Your scales

    show something different every morning

    An app

says you are “10 years younger”

    Your watch

gives you a new score every day

Numbers jump all the time, and most of those jumps mean nothing. So some people celebrate progress that isn't there. Others give up just before real results arrive.

    Either way, you lose months.

    How we check what's real

Every test has its normal wobble, just like scales that read differently morning and evening. We only call it progress when a change goes beyond that wobble.

    Example: Anna, 58

Anna stood up from a chair 14 times in 30 seconds. After 12 weeks of training, she takes the test again. Move the slider to see what we would tell her.

    first testafter 12 weeks

    Too early to tell

A change this size sits within the test's normal wobble. It could simply be a better or worse day. We stick with the plan and check again.

    Before 14, now 15 reps

    What you get

    Progress you can trust

When we say you've improved, you have.

A plan that adapts to you

We keep what works and change what doesn't. Your time goes where it makes a difference.

Training for the life you want to live

Stairs with the shopping, a hike in the mountains, playing with your children or grandchildren. We measure strength, balance and fitness because they keep you doing what you love.

Sometimes we'll say: “too early to tell”.

We know everyone would rather hear “great, you've improved”. That honesty is exactly why you can believe us when we do say it.

    Start with a Functional Check

60 minutes. We measure strength, balance, fitness and mobility. You get a clear picture of where you are, and a plan we check honestly every few weeks.
